Love Lights - Lukas Waters

Peterborough College music student Lukas Waters joined us at Deadline studios in Leicester to record the track 'Love Lights' for - The Peterborough College Audio Yellow Book 3rd Edition

Lukas Waters track was inspired by gratitude and the #NotesOfThanks project and was chosen by the college team from all the fantastic compositions by the students. We are delighted that this track also features on the national version of the resource #TheAudioYellowBook 5th Edition. Congratulations Lukas!

The track was recorded by Peterborough College Students Lukas Waters & Chay Cripps with drums recorded by College Lecturer Cherish Groom. The Cover Art to the resource is by Visual Arts Student Jarome Charles.

This personalised wellbeing resource features music and art from Peterborough College students alongside wellbeing tools, mindful meditations, music and spoken word from The Audio Yellow Book. The Peterborough College Audio Yellow Book is made available college wide for all students and staff to download for free. The project also enables access to #TheYellowBook online flipbook which features further support signposting to many national mental health and wellbeing organisations and charities that can support.

This 3rd edition features a total of 9 original tracks recorded over the years by students for the resource. It also features three further tracks on which students recorded vocals alongside many professional music artists for the national rethinkyourmind projects - #IFeelBetterWhen, #SoundsInspired & #NotesOfThanks

The Audio Yellow Book is a digital wellbeing resource, providing simple tools, practices, spoken word and music with the aim to help empower people in maintaining their health
