Why We Chose ISR for Our Toddler’s Water Safety

Last year, my daughter passed her ISR float test and as a pediatrician and mom, I was blown away. Yes, there were tears at the beginning (totally normal!), but now she’s floating confidently and loving the water.

ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) is a survival-based swim program designed to teach infants and young children how to float, breathe, and survive if they ever fall into water. It’s 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week, and the progress can be incredible.
