GREAT HEAD MOVEMENT DRILL

Tony Jeffries shares a great head movement drill that you can do to train anywhere. Head movement in boxing is very important as this helps you avoid punches being thrown by your opponent or sparring partner. This boxing slipping drill is also cheap as you only need a rope and a boxing gloves.
