5 large eggs (room temperature)
1 cup cream of coconut milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
2 teaspoons cream of coconut
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup white chocolate ( not morsels)

325 for 1 hour 30 minutes
10 in or 12 in pan

Cream Cheese Frosting
8 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
1 cup of butter (2 sticks)
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of heavy cream
3/4 cups toasted coconut
1 to 2 cups coconut for coating cake
