Hari Prasad Aryal, chairman of Butwal Industry and Commerce Association Rupandehi and coordinator of the main organizing committee of the fair, informed that the role of sponsors is crucial to the success of the fair.

Mukti Prasad Adhikari, general secretary of Butwal Industry and Commerce Association Rupandehi and spokesperson of the fair, said that Asian Thai Foods Pvt. Ltd. is the main sponsor and Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited is the co-sponsor of the Industrial Trade Fair Butwal-2081, which is sponsored by Butwal Sub-metropolitan City and the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

Similarly, Tilottama Municipality has sponsored the Beauty Fair program. Ashoda Foods Pvt. Ltd. has sponsored the tickets, while Global I.M.E. Bank Limited, Nabil Bank Limited, Siddhartha Bank Limited. And Lumbini Cable Car provided the banner, said Deepak Chapagai, coordinator of the fair's publicity subcommittee. Janus Mortus Pvt. Ltd. sponsored the main cultural program at the fair, while Derma Sturtos Nepal Pvt. Ltd. sponsored the cultural program event, said Nirmat Kasaju, coordinator of the cultural subcommittee. Dugad Spices and Food Products Pvt. Ltd. provided the main entrance, while CG Foods (Nepal) Ltd. provided the Buddhist stupa.
