Healing the Sisterhood Wound isn’t just about friendship. It’s about how we wound and are wounded by other women as we move through the world and how it changes us. It's about grief. Silence. Pain. Rage. Boundaries. Programming. And the deep longing so many of us carry to feel safe, seen, and held by other women.
In this first episode of the Sacred in Bloom podcast, we explore what happens when another woman wounds you, be it a friend, an acquaintance, or a stranger, and how it may leave you questioning your worth, your perception, or your decision to be vulnerable. I talk about what is happening in your nervous system and what it feels like to slow down and listen to what you really need.
We examine how societal systems and trauma have shaped our relationships with each other and ourselves. Why the wound between women is so painful, where and how it lives in our bodies, and what healing can look like when you stop performing, stop explaining, and finally start listening to yourself.
This episode is an invitation. It's an invitation to heal, to get honest with yourself about how you are showing up and what might be driving those behaviors. It's an invitation to approach conflict and resolution a bit differently.
If this resonates, I’ve also created a guided meditation for healing the sisterhood wound. It’s on my YouTube channel in the Guided Meditations playlist. It’s a space where you can meet what’s still unprocessed, call your energy back, and begin again—on your terms.
Thanks for being here. I’m glad you found this. To your healing and with so much grace for where you are.
