Japanese cuisine: salmon steamed rice
Marinate the salmon with a little bit of salt for 15 minutes
1 cup of rice, about 200g
Cabbage 350g, one third of an onion
Lemon 1/4, green onion 1, garlic 2 cloves
Butter 20g, sake 50g, chicken stock 200g
The ratio of chicken stock to rice is 1:1
Cut the cabbage into small cubes
Cut the onion into cubes too
Cut the green onion into small pieces
Chop the garlic
Absorb the water off the salmon with napkins
Turn on the medium heat
Put in a little bit of vegetable oil
Put in the salmon when the oil is hot
Fry the salmon very slightly till both sides become golden
Remove the salmon and put aside
Add in half of the green onion and stir fry till fragrant
Add in the garlic and fry them till fragrant
Add in the onion
Add in the cabbage
Add in the butter
Add in the rice
Stir fry till butter is melted
Sake
Chicken stock
A little bit of salt
About 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Stir them evenly
Add in the salmon after boiling
Cover it, use the lowest heat and cook them for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, turn on the high heat for 1 minute
After 1 minute, turn off the heat and continue to cover it for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes
Remove the salmon
Break the salmon into small pieces
Return the salmon to the pan
Add in the other 1/2 green onion into the pan and stir evenly
Cover them, turn on the high heat
When you hear the sound of the sizzling
It’s done. Turn off the heat.
