Premiering at 5pm this evening on our YouTube channel, we will be releasing an interview with Ravi Gupta.

As a senior Mergers & Acquisitions banker and Industrials and Business services expert, Ravi has advised UK and international clients on over 200 transactions during his 24 year career at Global Advisory, Rothschild & Co. Ravi’s extensive experience is centred on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity raisings, and strategy; advising clients across a broad range of sectors.

Since joining Global Advisory, a division of Rothschild & Co as an Analyst in 1997, Ravi was appointed a Director in 2004, Managing Director in 2007, and Co-Head of UK and Global Co-Head of Industrials in 2010.

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co’s Global Advisory business in 1997, and after completing a degree in Mathematics and Management at Leeds University, Ravi qualified as a chartered account with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PWC), where he stayed for four years.

Outside of finance, Ravi is training as an Indian classical musician and is passionate about music, opera, the theatre, travel, education and cricket.

Ravi is also currently serving as Chair of the Board of Governors of the Royal Northern College of Music ( RNCM).
