The list is a great option when you want to organize information in the document or to highlight the important points.
Let’s start with Bulleted list.
1. Select the text that you need to turn into a list.
2. Go to Home tab and look for the Bullet list icon. Click on the tiny arrow next to it to see the available options.
3. If you hover over the styles you will see a preview in the document. Click on the style that you want to use to apply it to your text.
4. The text will turn into a bulleted list.
Now, we will make a numbered list. You have a few numbering styles available: numbered list, lettered list or roman numerals list.
1. Select the text that you need to turn into a list.
2. Go to Home tab and look for the Number list icon. Click on the tiny arrow next to it to see the available options.
3. If you hover over the styles you will see a preview in the document. Click on the style that you want to use to apply it to your text.
4. The text will turn into a numbered list.
Let’s make a multilevel list. They will help you to create a list with multilevel structure. Any bulleted or numbered list you can also turn into a multilevel list.
1. Select the text that you need to turn into a list.
2. Go to Home tab and look for the Multilevel list icon. Click on the tiny arrow next to it to see the available options.
3. If you hover over the styles you will see a preview in the document. Click on the style that you want to use to apply it to your text.
4. The text will turn into a numbered list.
5. Now, select the part that you want to turn into a different level. Click on the right Indent icon at the top tools bar. You can see the text transformed into a multilevel list. Repeat where necessary.
