Gondhoraj Lemon Ice Cream 🍋 (No-Churn)

Lemon Curd:
Boil ½ cup sugar, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 1 cup water + green food colour till sugar melts.
Add 2 tbsp cornflour slurry, cook till thick.
Cool slightly, stir in ¼ cup Gondhoraj lemon juice. Set aside.

Custard Base:
Heat 150–200 ml milk, 200g cream, 1 tbsp zest, 2 lemon leaves, ⅔ cup condensed milk.
Add 1 tbsp cornflour slurry. Cook till thick. Cool completely.
Fold in 150g whipped cream.

To Assemble:
Layer custard, drizzle curd, swirl. Repeat.
Freeze 7–8 hrs.
