This video shows how to rebuild and reassemble your S&S carburetor. This was a good working carb that came off of a Harley Davidson Iron Head Sportster. I will be putting this carb onto my early Evo that I rebuilt in videos' on my channel. When it was on the Iron Head the jetting was: 28 - Pilot Jet and 64 - Main Jet. I'm starting off with it at 29.5 Pilot Jet and 72 Main Jet for the Evo. I will adjust the jets, if needed after I ride it. At this time I don't have a bike to install the engine into. At some point down the rode I will build a full custom bike for it.
