The hardest arrangement I've ever made in my whole life.
Actually this was an April Fools joke video that sounded funny in my mind because this theme uses a lot of instruments used in MMTWW and technically it would sound the same as the original but with FM drums and no stereo channel except with the Tom instruments used in MM3.
Oscilloscope view made with Corrscope 0.10.0. (Modified in its source code to deactivate anti-aliasing).
Sound Chips: YM2612 + SN76489.
The Sprites and images used in the thumbnail and in the video are from Mega Man: The Wily Wars and they were taken from The Spriters Resource and Robot Master Database.
Dont ask for the VGM because this is just a subtle edition.
