Описание:
The lamp is only rated 75 W so the incandescent lamp was put in series with the ballast as an extra ballast for the ballast so I can ballast my ballast.
It works for a while but the ballast doesn'tlike running at a lower voltage.
Note that the oversized filter cap came from a vacuum tube Westinghouse TV I found smashed in the curb long ago, and somehow it still works well.
