The factory spare tire attachment hardware under the bed is long gone and I hate having a spare tire sliding around and taking up space in the bed, so I need a solution. Not just any solution, but the cheapest AND best possible solution, so here's what I came up with. Scrap 4x2 square tube steel + a couple grade 8 bolts + an hour with an angle grinder, a welder and a drill press = perfect spare tire carrier.
