Peshawari Chicken Karahi — Recipe Card

ingredients :
½ kg Chicken
3–4 Tomatoes (chopped or peeled)
1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
6–8 Green Chilies (whole/slit)
1 tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Crushed Red Chili
½ tsp Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
½ cup Oil or Ghee
Fresh Coriander for garnish
Optional: 1 tbsp Butter for extra flavor
instructions :
1. **Heat oil/ghee in a karahi and add crushed garlic. Sauté until light golden.
2. Add *chicken* and cook until it changes color.
3. Add *tomatoes* and cover for 5–7 minutes until soft.
4. Add *salt, black pepper, crushed chili, and cumin powder.*
5. Cook on medium heat and bhunai the chicken until oil separates.
6. Add *green chilies* and cook for 2 more minutes.
7. Garnish with *fresh coriander* and butter for authentic Peshawari aroma.
8. Serve hot with naan or chapati!
