This week I am testing the proto dish at the riparian Preserve. Sorry for the video angles Osmo does not do well when worn on a chest strap. I needed both hands to handle ProtoDish. The protodish was fully 3D printed out of PETG plastic and held together with 1/4-20 bolts. This dish was designed by a friend in Canada to enable the collection of distant sound for lower costs then an official parabolic dish. You can find the model on the thingiverse at

This is a Binaural Recording which is best experienced using headphones to recreate the 3D Stereo soundscape. Video Recorded on a DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Audio Recorded on a Zoom F3 Field Recorder with the SonicPresence SP15-Pro XLR Stereo Binaural Microphone set. ProtoDish has a klovermic balanced mic kit for 16 inch dishes made by Countryman Associates mounted into it recorded on a Zoom F3.
