If Tinfoil is not downloading games on your modded Nintendo Switch, try these fixes:
Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure your Switch is connected to Wi-Fi and has a stable internet connection.
Restart your router and try again.
You can head to the Queue tab on the left and check for the specific reason why the download failed. They sometimes provide an indication. Try downloading the game again.
Check If the Shop Is Down
Some shops like Pixel Shop are third-party servers, they may be temporarily down or having issues.
Try downloading a different game to see if it's just one title or all downloads failing.
If all downloads fail, Pixel Shop or the one you're using might be offline.
you can try a different shop in Tinfoil by adding another working URL. Some alternatives include JackInShop, HoaxShop, etc. (Check homebrew forums for working sources).
Remove one shop
Some people reported having multiple shops installed, like Jits and Pixel Shop, may cause download issues with Tinfoil.
You can try removing one such as Jits to see if that resolves the issue.
Update Tinfoil & Atmosphère
Outdated versions of Tinfoil or Atmosphère can cause issues.
Download the latest version of Tinfoil from Tinfoil.io or another trusted source.
Update Atmosphère & Hekate using SDSetup or manually from their GitHub pages.
Also make sure you have update your sigpatches
Check Your Storage (SD Card & Space)
Ensure your SD card is formatted as FAT32 or exFAT (FAT32 is recommended for stability).
Check free space: Go to System Settings then Data Management to see if there's enough storage.
Try installing to internal storage instead of the SD card.
If it all fails If you have an NSP file on your SD card or PC, try installing it using Tinfoil's USB or local install feature.
