The old way wargamers use to fill their tables with terrain was by making it ourselves and GW kindly produces lots of guides on how to turn any old scrap or recycling into a fully working war gaming table. The ability to build stunning-looking terrain using the imagination as a few simple techniques is in many ways a lost skill in miniature building these days.
I will also be revealing what happened to some of the old studio scenery that we saw in all the photos from the late 90s
