(低碳/生酮)
煎蠔餅, 臘腸薄餅, 西蘭花雞肉
(臘腸薄餅)
食材:
生酮麵粉80克
原味乳酪(酸奶)80克
臘腸一條, 切片
芝士適量
步驟:
1. 將以上麵粉和乳酪放入碗中, 搓成麵糰後, 取出放在抬面壓平
2. 將臘腸片放入鑊中加熱, 直至滲出油份, 取出備用
3. 將麵糰放入鑊中, 用中火煎3分鐘後反轉面, 塗上番茄醬, 臘腸及芝士(可以加一些水), 當芝士溶化便可出鍋
(煎蠔餅)
食材:
蠔仔300克
粉漿:
薯粉40克
生酮麵粉40克
雞蛋一隻(打散)
水80毫升
芫茜(香菜)和蔥適量
步驟:
1. 將全部食材混合
2. 加一些油在鑊中, 燒熱後加入蠔仔煎, 底部煎熟後反轉再煎另一邊
(西蘭花雞肉)
食材:
西蘭花1/2個
雞肉200克
調味料:
魚露2湯匙
砂糖1茶匙
檸檬汁1湯匙
步驟:
1. 加一些油在鑊中, 炒熟雞肉, 再加入西蘭花拌炒
2. 加入調味料, 煮一分鐘

(Chinese Sausage Pizza)
Ingredients:
1 Chinese Sausage, slices
80g Keto flour
80g Plain Yogurt
Some cheese
Steps:
1. Mix with flour and yogurt in a bowl, and take out flatten on the table
2. Put the Chinese Sausage to the pan heat up until seep oil and take out
3. Put the dough to the pan cooked for 3 mins in medium heat
4. Reverse and spread ketchup, put Chinese Sausage and cheese on top (you can add some water) to cook until the cheese melted
(Oyster Cake)
Ingredients:
300g Oyster
40g Potato starch
40g keto flour
80ml Water
1 Egg
Coriander and green onion
Steps:
1. Mix well of all ingredients
2. Add some oil to the pan to fry oyster cake when the oil heat up, reverse when the bottom is cooked and then to fry the other side
(Broccoli w/chicken)
Ingredients:
1/2 broccoli
300g minced chicken
Sauce:
2 tbsps Fish Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Steps:
1. Add some oil to the pan to fry chicken, cooked through and add in broccoli stir fry
2. Add in sauce cooked for 1 min
