We travel further south from Barrington Tops National Park through Sydney to Australia's heritage-listed Royal National Park (link to Barrington Tops video below).
We were told about Bonnie Vale Campground by some travellers on our trek through Queensland last year and we are so glad we took their advice - it's just an hour out of Sydney and right on a protected bay.
We spend our weekend riding around, spending time at the protected waterfront and take the oldest running timetabled commuter ferry across to Cronulla.
We make a trip to Wattamolla Falls in the park before trekking further south through the Great Pacific Drive to Kiama.
