My Full Moon wo Sagashite Music Box (Bandai Japan)
It came in mint condition with a box and all the little things that came with it (like the fortune telling game, shield and manual).
I've been searching for this for years and was so excited when I finally found it.
The box has four modes, it plays "Eternal Snow", "Myself" and "New Future". You can get it to play the three songs one after the other or just one song twice. The last mode is the fortune telling game, I'm assuming that the crystal magnets spin around and where it stops is where it tells your fortune.
This thing may have been what started my love of music boxes and snow globes.
