The Infamous Scorpion, Only Better

The scorpion bowl, originally created by Victor Bergeron, aka Trader Vic. Not many tiki cocktails hold such weight as the Scorpion, especially where I grew up. At the local Chinese American restaurants around where I grew up, the Scorpion Bowl elicits images of flaming punch bowls with 4 straws designed to get you drunk. So let’s make one, well a single serve, and the way I make them.
