The XT500 is just complete when you find a good exhaust. Luckily there’s companies reproducing and often improving the original exhausts.
Today we have the replica of Musket Mufflers, a New Zealand based exhaust producer that has a lot of (usually) unfindable replica’s for vintage enduro bikes like the XR and XT 500.
The XT500 exhaust we got today is complete with header and fire box. It’s slightly different and slightly louder than the original one. But let’s see if we like it.
