Play the songs in your head. Listen to your heart
Playing music without knowledge of chord structures, scales, intervals or theory is all experimental, that's what music is for me. I have learned a little along the way...we should all seek knowledge and improve ourselves. I have loved music my whole life, but was too lazy to learn how to read notes. So for me, it's about looking out my window, seeing the seasons go by, listening to the bird songs, watching things grow and die....it is music to my eyes....and it turns into song. As I progress in age and decline cognitively, I hope you find something worthwhile and compelling enough to listen to the music in your heart. Listening is not just a spectator thing, make your own and be amazed.
