Cape Cod Mansion [No CC] - Sims 4 Speed Build | Kate Emerald

In this The Sims 4 Speed Build I am building a Cape Cod style mansion on a 50x50 lot in Willow Creek. As always I didn't use any CC for this build and it's available in the gallery. With three bedrooms and four bathrooms this mansion is perfect for a medium sized Sim family! The round room in the front and the terraces are the eyecatcher of this Sims 4 mansion!
