A portrait of 18 201, the fastest steam locomotive in Germany and still in active service. Built as a one-off by Henschel for the DR as motive power for testing coaching stock, it was registered for 160km/hr and is oil fired. It is now privately owned, based at Nossen and used for steam specials.
