In preparation for the 2019 U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) graduation, international military students received their International Graduate Badges in a ceremony on June 13, 2019 at the Lewis and Clark Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS. The students were presented their badges by Brig. Gen. Stephen J. Maranian, Deputy Commandant CGSC, and Command Sgt. Maj. Teresa M. Duncan, Command Sgt. Maj. Army University. Lt. Col. Thomas Spranger (German Staff), International Military Student Chief of Staff for the Command and General Staff Officers Course Class 2019, gave remarks to the 109 international students who walked the stage.
