Join us on a walk around Whitby in North Yorkshire overlooking the North Sea.
We'll take a wander up the small shop-lined streets before tackling the famous '199 Steps' to reach the Church of St. Mary from where we can see the ruined Gothic Whitby Abbey - Bram Stoker’s inspiration for “Dracula”.
Back across the harbour is the Captain Cook Memorial where we get to see a couple of Morris dance troupes, here for Whitby Folk Week.
Back down to the harbour, just in time to watch the bridge closing after allowing a vessel through, then finish off with a drink in Macy Brown's back in Station Square, watching the world go by.
