BB30/PF30 Shimano Ultegra chainset install with Wheels Manufacturing Shims. [4K]

I made this little How To video because I was having difficulty finding good information on how to adapt a BB30/PF30/OSBB style bottom bracket so I could install a Shimano chainset.
The BB30/PF30/OSBB style bottom brackets are designed around a 30mm spindle where as the Shimano chainsets have a 24mm spindle so you need to add a shim into the bearing to step down the spindle size. Also the space between each of the cranks arms is wider on the Shimano cranks so spacers is required on each side.
This is where Wheels Manufacturing come in, they manufacture a shim that steps down the spindle size and spaces out the crank arms out of a very tough engineering plastic and is by far the simplest solution and very easy to install.
