Will it Run?!? 1982 Chevrolet Dually Flatbed With a 454 Big Block! Abandoned for 16 Years!

A coworker was looking for a manual transmission vehicle to show his sons how to drive a stick and found this 1982 Chevrolet C30 flatbed that a mutual friend had big plans for 16 years ago but it had been sitting ever since. He talked him into selling it so now lets see if we can get it back on the road! Since this project was meant to teach his children how to drive a manual transmission it's not for sale at this time.
