雅蘭中心於2011年第四季展開第二次大型的翻新工程，雅蘭中心前身的一期由雅蘭酒店及商場組合而成，而二期則是公司於1994年收購的麗斯大廈，並在2003年將酒店部分改為辦公室用途，而雅蘭中心英文則多次改名，雅蘭中心辦公樓一期的前身雅蘭酒店英文為Grand Tower Hotel，商場部分稱為Grand Tower Acade，後來雅蘭中心在2003年進行第一次大型的翻新工程後，將雅蘭中心一期及雅蘭中心二期稱為One Grand Tower及Two Grand Tower，並將商場部分改稱為Grand Tower。後來該中心在2013進行第三次大型翻新工程，使將中文名改為雅蘭中心辦公樓一期及雅蘭中心辦公樓二期，英文則是Grand Plaza Office Tower One及Grand Plaza Office Tower Two，商場部分則改為Grand Plaza。
