If this somehow gets a lot of interest I may upload the separate tracks and give more background into the idea/story (no guarantees).
Honestly this isn't my best edited video, but all the assets have been sitting around for so long I just really wanted to finally get it all out there...
In a way this is just a glorified collection of remixes/covers of the tracks from the ruins section of the game. The oldest track is Ruins Hum, which was made sometime between 2022-2023. The rest of it was between 2024-2025.
Art created 2023-2024.

Basics of this Undertale AU:
It's post-genocide route (with a few differences).
Essentially the player found a way to continue playing the game after leaving the barrier. Years later a party of 8 goes down on a quest to finish off what's left and break the barrier. Whether or not all who was recruited into the party willingly is explored throughout the story (but not much has been solidified).
Essentially what breaking the barrier would do is allow magic back into the rest of the world, the only being known to be able to magic outside of it is "The Mage".
However the party eventually realizes that the usual path/exit to the ruins is collapsed, which will make progressing much more difficult. But there are still monsters around, so that must mean there's gotta be some sort of exit right?

Frisk - They/Them
The Mage - ???
Riel - Riel
Enyd - She/Her
Martin - They/She

If I do more with this idea I might just remake all the music... Most of it was done in jummbox, the first however was done in beepbox. But I think I've learned a lot from making all of these- that being I'm terrible at identifying notes and therefor had to use sheet music... and realize I could have done a lot more with the percussion (for Overgrowth especially).
