Frozen Chinese long doughnuts are avialble in most Asian grocery stores.
Fresh ones are available at Superstore in Richmond, BC Canada
Unsweetened Soy milk 450g
Chinese long doughnut 1/2 piece
Salt 1/8 tsp
Vinegar 3g
Diced pickled radish 10g
Dried shrimp 10g diced
Diced green onion 1 Tbsp
Crispy fried onion 1 Tbsp optional
Chilli oil 1 tbsp optional
Measure soy milk and other ingredients.
Soak dried shrimps in water for 5 minutes. Cut into small pieces.
Soak pickled radish in water for 10 minutes. Cut into small pieces.
Cut a small portion of Chinese donut into thin slices. Toast the rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add pickled radish and dried shrimps into soy milk. Boil milk. Add vinegar and chilli oil. Stir well.
Pour soy milk out. Add green onions and crispy fried onions. Serve with Chinese long donut.
淡豆漿 450g
油條1/2 條
鹽 1/8 茶匙
醋 3g
榨菜粒10g
蝦米 10g 切丁
蔥粒 1湯匙
油葱碎1 湯匙 可選用
辣椒油 1 湯匙 可選用
秤豆漿和其他材料。
蝦米浸水5分鐘。切成幼粒。
榨菜浸水10分鐘。切幼粒。
將一段油條剪成,薄片,剩下的烤2到3分鐘。
榨菜和蝦米加入豆漿中,煮滾,加入醋和辣椒油。攪拌均勻。
倒出豆漿,加入蔥和油蔥碎,與油條同食。
