Today in honor of the 40th Anniversary of The Goonies I am going to show you how to make 4 ice cream flavors inspired by the Goonies! We are making The Goon Docks Rocky Road, Chunks Truffle Shuffle, One Eyed Willy's Rich Stuff, and Sloth's Baby, Baby, Baby, Ruth! This easy ice cream doesn’t need an ice cream machine to make it, and only a few ingredients! This Ice Cream would be great for a party or just a sweet treat!

2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 14oz Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

Rocky Road:
1/2 cup of Cocoa Powder
Mini Dehydrated Marshmallow Bits
Marshmallow Fluff
Piping Bag or Plastic Bag
Toasted Slivered Almonds

Truffle Shuffle:
Fresh Strawberries; Pureed and Chopped
Freeze Dried Strawberries Powdered
Assorted Chocolate Truffles

Rich Stuff:
1 Container of Peanut Butter
Thick Cut Potato Chips
Chocolate Melted
Caramel Sauce

Baby Ruth:
Chopped Baby Ruth Bars
Caramel Sauce
Toasted Peanuts
