— Ingredients:
Wheat Flour 300gm / 2cup
Milk powder 8 gm / 1 tbsp
Sugar powder 8 gm / 2 tsp
Salt 7 gm / 1 tsp
Curd 125 gm / 1/2 Cup
Oil 7gm / 2tbsp
Baking powder 3 gm / 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 2 gm / 1/4 tsp
Milk 240ml / 1 cup + 2 tbsp
Eno 1 pouch / 1 tbsp
Lemon juice or Vinegar 1 tsp
-For baking:
At 180*C for 40 to 50 minutes (both rodes)
