This video will teach you how to create navigation buttons using Actionscript 3.0 in Flash CC / Animate CC. Downloadable .fla file below. Click it if you want to copy the code.
By navigation, I mean create a button that will take you to a specified frame, previous frame or next frame within the timeline of a Flash Pro CC / Animate CC .fla file.
The navigation in this tutorial will also work for Adobe AIR.
