✅Finding the contact info for Negative Reviewers recently became a little more difficult. But by using Feedbackwhiz you can match about half of them. Once you find them the question is "how to remove the negative reviews?

Feedbackwhiz recently added a nice simple template to send to these unhappy customers. You can use this or send something simple like the following:

"Hello (customer name)

I'm sorry to hear our product did not live up to expectations. We treat each one of our customers like family and would like to send you a complimentary product along with a full refund. Could we confirm the address you would like us to ship to?

Look forward to hearing from,

Jane Doe Ceo of Jane Doe Products"

Wait for them to respond and then shoot them a replacement product along with a refund if they have not been issued one already. If the customer does not respond, you can still send the product to them, but the likelihood of them changing their review is low. Remember not to ask them to change the review as Amazon frowns upon this.
