Ingredients
Green peppers: 5
Garlic: 6 cloves
Light soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce: ½ tbsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Cornstarch: 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp (optional)
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Water: 80 g
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the ingredients – Wash the green peppers, remove the stems and seeds. Mince the garlic.
2️⃣ Make the sauce – In a small bowl, mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water until well combined.
3️⃣ Pan-sear the peppers – Heat a little oil in a pan. When the oil is warm, add the peppers. Cover and cook one side until blistered, then flip, cover again, and cook the other side until evenly blistered.
4️⃣ Finish the dish – Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the prepared sauce, cover, and simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.

做法
第一步,青椒清洗感觉后去蒂去籽,蒜头切成蒜末;
第二步 ,调酱汁:生抽、老抽、醋、白糖、蚝油,淀粉和水放入一个小碗中,搅拌均匀;
第三步,锅热后倒入一点油,油温有点温热了加入青椒,盖上锅盖,先把一面煎出虎皮,然后翻面在盖上锅盖把另外一面也煎出虎皮;
第四步,放入蒜末炒香,倒入调好的酱汁,盖上锅盖小火焖至汤汁浓稠后盛出;
