Conclusions:
1. Both power bank cases are based on FM6316FE which is integrated lithium battery charge management, DC-DC step-up and load detection in one portable power Source management IC
2. Both power banks have very low self-discharge current - about 0.016mA thanks to power optimized IC, so you can leave cell inside for months!
3. Black case has very good access to the battery and I'm going to use it without the lid as quick 18650 cells charger after hacking charging current (shown in my other video)
4. Red case looks very stylish and elegant, also it is little bit smaller and more convenient to carry
5. Charging unit doesn't overcharge Li-Ion battery, final measured voltage is about 4.18V, which is safe and extends battery life
6. Also cut-off voltage is safe (maybe too safe) - about 3.17V, but probably it is caused by boost converter inability to keep constant current at lower voltage
