🌟 Bronchial- Loud, high pitch over trachea
❇️ Tracheal- Loud & Equal, above sub-clavicular notch
🫁 Vesicular- Soft, Low pitch, Rustling sound during inspiration
🌟Broncho-vesicular- Medium pitch over upper sternum or b/w scapula (1-2 ICS)
🌟 Resonance Sound- Normal air flow during lung percussion (hollow body organ)
❇️ Hyper resonance sound- Hyper inflation of lungs (emphysema, COPD)
💥 Crackle sound- Pulmo edema, Heart failure, fluid accumulation
🩺 Wheezing- Musical sound during Inspiration (asthma), narrow airway.
🩺 Ronchi- Low pitch snoring, due to presence of of secretions.
🎯 Stridor- High pitch, upper airway obstruction.
🌟 Tympanic sound- listen in hollow body organ- Flatulence (abdominal)
💥 Apneustic breathing- Prolong inspiration (pontine lesion)
