Choose the food you eat carefully
Almost all people find feeding normal, even more so, even necessary, but not for me, for many years now. Every food works differently on the body, mind, consciousness, energy, mood, well-being. We have all been told that what we eat is food, but in reality, they are independent beings, of any form, who also want to live. The more you work on yourself, the more you realize what feeding is, it’s just pleasures and repression of emotions. It is very important that you grow your own food if you have the opportunity, if not, buy it in natural form from farmers. In any case, you need to be grateful for food, eat it slowly or at least chew it well, as light and liquid food affect a better flow of energy and consequently a cheerful mood. Observe today how you act and what your day is like before and after feeding. I already know the answer, but you will experience it from yourself.
It is good to eat once or twice a day so that you have more intermediate time to be most conscious. In fact, your ego wants feeding, which has been programmed since childhood. When you have a calm mind you also eat less and less often. Avoid advertisements in any form. Pazljivo izberi kaj ješ
Skoraj vsem ljudem se zdi hraniti normalno, še več, celo nujno, meni pa že več let ne. Vsaka hrana drugače deluje na telo, um, zavest, energijo, razpoloženje, počutje. Vsem nam so povedali, da je to kar jemo hrana, v resnici pa so to samostojna bitja, katerekoli oblike, katera si tudi želi živeti. Bolj ko delaš na sebi, bolj se zavedaš kaj hranjenje je, so le užitki in tlačenje čustev. Zelo pomembno je, da si hrano pridelaš sam, če imaš možnost, če ne jo pa kupuj v naravni obliki pri kmetih. V vsakem primeru rabiš biti hvaležen zanjo, jo jesti počasi ali pa vsaj dobro prežvečiti, saj lahka in tekoča hrana vpliva na boljši pretok energije in posledično vedro razpoloženje. Danes se opazuj, kako deluješ in kakšen je tvoj dan pred hranjenjem in po njem. Jaz odgovor že poznam, ti pa ga boš izkusil iz sebe.
Dobro je jesti čim manjkrat na dan, da imaš več vmesnega časa biti najbolj pri zavesti. V resnici si hranjenja želi vaš ego, kateri je bil sprogramiran od otroštva dalje. Ko imaš miren um tudi manj in manjkrat ješ. Izogibajte se reklam v katerikoli obliki. Jaz sem neskončno hvaležen, da imam na svojem prenosniku v brskalniku dodan AddBlocker, kateri že vrsto let blokira vse oglase spletnih mest., kar mi omogoča, da se sam odločim, kaj in kdaj bom jedel.
