隔姜艾灸三阴交穴

三阴交穴的位置，在小腿内侧，内踝尖上三寸（约四横指宽度），胫骨内侧边上。三阴交穴是三条（肝脾肾）阴经的交汇处、此穴道很大，灸三阴交穴可以调理肝、脾、肾功能，改善气血不足或运行不畅；可以治月经不调、痛经、闭经、带下等妇科疾病；可以改善男性遗精、阳痿等生殖系统问题；可以缓解腹胀、腹泻、消化不良等脾胃虚弱症状；可以辅助治疗水肿、小便不利、遗尿等水液代谢异常。作品出自明朝杨继洲的《针灸大成》和作者的实践。The position of Sanyinjiao point is on the inside of the calf, three inches above the tip of the inner ankle (about the width of the four horizontal fingers), and on the inner edge of the tibia. Sanyinjiao point is the intersection of three yin meridians (liver, spleen and kidney). This point has a large channel. Moxibustion of Sanyinjiao point can regulate the function of the liver, spleen and kidney, and improve the lack of qi and blood or poor operation; it can treat irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, and other gynecological diseases; it can improve male spermatorrhea, impotence and other reproductive system problems; it can relieve symptoms of weakness of the spleen and stomach such as bloating, diarrhea, and indigestion; it can assist in the treatment of edema, unfavorable urination, enuresis and other water metabolism abnormalities. The work comes from Yang Jizhou's Acupuncture and Moxibustion Dacheng in the Ming Dynasty and the author's practice.
