Set in a distant future of 1999, Earth's monsters are safely contained on an island called "Monster Land." They live there in relative peace, albeit against their will. When they suddenly break free and begin to ravage the cities of the world, the search is on to discover what may have caused the breakout. The answer lies in a race of aliens known as the Kilaaks, destined to use the monsters to take over the planet. It's a classic tale of alien invasion and mystery, all leading up to a finale at the foot of Mt. Fuji with Godzilla and many more going up against King Ghidorah! This is one of the benchmarks of the Showa Era of films and an absolute must-see for every fan.
