U46 is here and this is the highest hitting arc beam build I have tried. To sustain this start with 20 sec left on a potion so you can re use it on the perfect time window. I went with hero potions to have better up time on crit change but 165k is doable with hero banner and weapon power potions. Incap rotation still feels pretty random I ended up just using it red most of the time.
