Well, all I can say is that the Met Office forecast for sporadic light showers was a WEEEE bit off the mark... as you'll see! ⛈⚡️🌈
(Two GoPro type cameras used. The main one has very poor sound recording ability whereas the original GoPro Hero+ has much better, clearer sound quality, so you'll need full volume just to discern that I'm actually talking... comprehending's another matter 😔👎)
Three times I had to retreat to the security of my car to avoid hail stones, torrential downpours and even thunder & lightning (see @ 5.56).
Still, I made the right call as I landed four beautiful rainbow and one fifth that snapped me off (poor knot tying is my own personal scourge).
Anyway, successful flies: dark olive & gold ribbed parachute with very dark furnace hackle (x 3 fish) and a mid olive & gold ribbed parachute with grizzle hackle - all on size #14 Partridge barbless.
Nothing else provoked a take, not even my best CDCs, Wally Wings and others.
