Lysverket is a restaurant and bar located at the beautiful art museum KODE 4 in the heart of Bergen, Norway.
Christopher made a joke about the fact that instead of Foraging they go 'Fjord-aging' because they want to source all the ingredients locally and one tweet later "Neo-Fjordic Cuisine" was created.
