The is the Wednesday night "Cabin Jam" at the 2019 Augusta Heritage Center's October Old-Time Week. Paul Roomsburg and some of the crew from Hampshire County came down to Elkins to give everyone a taste of the magic that happens back at the cabin on Buck Mountain in Hampshire County WV.
This version of "The Cuckoo's Nest" (in the key of D) comes from the fiddling of Israel Welch, who was an insanely talented fiddler from Burlington located in Mineral County, West Virginia.
