While SCP-1048 itself is a harmless easter egg that wonders around the facility and gives us a creepy drawing, I wouldn't say the same for the offshoot of SCP-1048.
SCP-1048-A will scream at the player and if you stay near it for too long, the ears will grow and you'll eventually suffocate.
Addendum: I like to call him the Meat Bear, despite it's actually made out of human ears, not meat (gross). Also, the game file is called Shrek_urself or IT'S ALL OGRE (don't ask).
