Flower Bread Recipe - Butter & Parsley
250g + 62g (2 cups + 1/2 cup) plain flour
1-1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar+1 large egg (beaten)
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
1/2 tsp salt +42g (3 tbsp) butter, melted.
Extra butter for a spread on the dough + grease the baking pan
Chopped parsley + Egg for egg wash + Sesame seeds
Baking temperature & time:
200°C for 10 minutes turn the heat to 180°C for 20 - 25 minutes.
The best texture is when eating while it is warm.
