ALEX BELFIELD UPDATE: I have finally issued to court my civil case for harassment against my stalker

This is an update regarding my civil case against Alex Belfield for harassment.

In 2022 Belfield was convicted of stalking myself, Jeremy Vine and two other men, and was sentenced to over five years in prison.

During his trial Belfield continued to post videos about me.

In October 2022, I instructed Samuels Solicitors to act on my behalf in a civil case against Belfield for harassment.

Belfield has since settled claims presented by Jeremy Vine and DC Percival, but refuses to acknowledge mine.

Since October 2022, I’ve paid over £17,970 In legal fees.

I raised £1,712 (after fees) in donations through Crowd Justice, which I vowed I will pay forward and donate to HIV charities if I win damages.

It then cost £4,116 in court fees to submit the claim.

That is over £22,086 in legal costs, that I would lose if I walked away.

I am grateful to everyone who helped me by donating to my crowd funder, and to my solicitor and barrister.
